We ship from the United States after carefully preparing and packaging each order.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days via FedEx.

What is the difference between Premium and Classic hair?

Our Premium hair features thicker strands and can be lifted to lighter colors more easily, making it ideal for long-term use and frequent styling. Our Classic hair offers excellent quality at a more affordable price and is perfect for everyday wear.

Can the hair be colored or heat styled?

Yes. Both Premium and Classic collections are 100% human hair and can be dyed, heat styled, curled, or straightened.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@elevatehairxtensions.com and we will assist you.
